La Suite Gordes
For the two of you...
Just for the two of you...
Just for the two of you...

It's in the countryside, in a hamlet called « Les Martins », where I'll be welcoming you to « La Vie La ». It's the name I've given to my home, which I wanted to be warm and authentic.
I've put my passion into it, including working with raw wood to give it a shape or a purpose. It's here that I'd like to share a little moment of life with you, if you wish.

Jasmine runs along the drystone walls, exhaling a sweet fragrance that heralds a fine summer.
Two large cedars and numerous Florence cypresses dominate the house. A field of olive and pine trees spreads out before your eyes. Plants shaped like globes and wooden sculptures punctuate the garden.
A well-tended but natural garden, respectful of the environment and the seasons.

The pool

You'll have direct access to the swimming pool, all lined in black mosaic, a heated pool that's also entirely reserved for you.
You'll be able to enjoy different areas of shade and rest around the pool, depending on how far the sun advances until it sets. An open wooden hut and large stretched canvas canopies house sofas, daybeds and soft couches from which you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Luberon, and enjoy your breakfast prepared by us with fresh, local and seasonal products.
All this is just for you... because at « La Vie La », you'll delight in the charm of discreet luxury.
The situation

« La Suite » is located 6 kilometers from the historic center of Gordes. Voted the most beautiful village in the world in 2022, its magic comes from its vertiginous cliffside location.
We are also very close to other picturesque villages:
Menerbes, planted on its rocky outcrop, once a refuge for Picasso and Dora Mar, renowned for its wines and Truffle Museum.
Bonnieux, with its 12th-century church blending Romanesque and Gothic styles, surrounded by century-old cedar trees, enjoys an exceptional panorama stretching from the Petit Luberon to Mont Ventoux and the Vaucluse mountains.
Lacoste was home to the Marquis de Sade, whose castle is the setting for a wonderful festival and where Pierre Cardin left his cultural mark.
Oppede le Vieux, a veritable medieval gem, a place of peace and serenity.
Roussillon et Rustrel are famous for their ochre soils, proudly known as the Provençal Colorado, a colorful palette of yellows and rusts.
Goult, a more discreet, less touristy town known for its 18th-century mill, and Joucas with its Gallo-Roman remains, mill and ancient washhouse.
Architectural nuggets where you can stroll, dine or simply enjoy a drink. Enjoy this wonderful Luberon in the heart of luminous Provence , scented with lavender, with accents of Pagnol, and immortalized by Cezanne.
